I am super pissed today about my weight loss or lack thereof. My goal was to be 269 by this week and I have been logging my cals religiously and working out. In addition, I could not wear my white pants because they felt uncomfortable.
However I have been taking on alot of water since I did hot yoga on Friday. Maybe it is just water weight and I will lose it on the scale next week. I have to be under 270 by next week weigh in.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
