For some reason my phone logged me out for a few days so nothing is on here but I did keep track in a written journal and I feel pretty good about that. Monday starts my workplace version of biggest loser and I'm hoping to take the win!
288.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
