Greetings Buddies:

At the end of the month, I like to review my numbers to see what changes may need to occur for continued loss.

I have slowly brought my % of carbs in macros down:


January was 25%, February was 15%, March was 12% and April was 10%

And slowly brought my % of fat in macros up:

January was 41%, February was 59%, March was 66% and April was 68%.

I have lost 17.4 pounds on the Idiot Box in about 14 weeks.

As always you are my role model. After I finish up school I intend to tighten up my macros a lot and get serious to lose my last 30lbs.

I looked it up. I've lost about 16 in the same time frame I think. I am definitely a LCHF covert.

You have a plan, you are following it, and you are seeing the results - great for you. I love the 3D's in your tag-line. It motivates you and it motivates me! I am at the point where historically my weight loss efforts start *going sideways*. I have had good YTD results as I have gone from being obese to *only* overweight, but the war is ONLY nearing the half-way point. This is the year I will remain dedicated, determined and diligent and win the war not just some of the battles.
