My first week chocolate free and lost 2lbs also back on the bike last week for 3 days only 2 days this week but did do a 15 min jog this morning.
I am usually ok the first week it is week 2 that gets me so really need to feel good about this and see positive results to encourage me to keep at it. My new daily mantra is I don't want chocolate and I don't need it.
But it i not just chocolate it is all the crap I use to eat, donuts, biscuits, pizza- I will treat myself in 3 weeks to pizza if I can keep losing 2lb a week.
