No walking for a couple of days as I am not up to the mark. Feel guilty as *%$~! Out tomorrow night as it my son's 21st birthday so calories through the roof. Back walking Thursday a must!

Make sure you walk around the house/work if you're not up to an outside walk. Keep moving around or things will be worse.
