Feeling good this morning. I had a great night of sleep and a hard workout this morning in spin class. My knee still hurts like something terrible, but I have to push forward while I can before the surgery and recovery starts. I'm hoping to get ahead of my weight loss so that recovery won't derail it too badly. Taking it ONE DAY AT A TIME!
