I think we all get hungry for something sweet sometimes. It's been happening to me pretty often lately. I looked at ice cream on my way home from work yesterday as I stopped for kale. Was good that nothing was on sale because I might have given in if it was, LOL

Sugar free gum can take away my sugar craving. Also a small piece of sugar free "hard candy" is very low in calories.
