craving sweet food again, thank god I don't have any in the house.
but I guess we can't stop cravings as long as we don't indulge them :)

I go through that too and make it a point of not having any in the house I can find. Husband keeps his stash down in the garage/shop. On orders from me.

Very wise of you NOT to keep the less healthy food in your house. You won "this round"because you made a good plan AND stuck to it...Congrats!!!

I think we all get hungry for something sweet sometimes. It's been happening to me pretty often lately. I looked at ice cream on my way home from work yesterday as I stopped for kale. Was good that nothing was on sale because I might have given in if it was, LOL

Sugar free gum can take away my sugar craving. Also a small piece of sugar free "hard candy" is very low in calories.
