This is the hardest part. Day 3 into my refocused calorie count, and I'm feeling like hell. Just want to crawl into a hole. The worst part is knowing that this could go on for a while, until my body transitions into fat burning mode. Didn't ride my motorcycle to work today because I didn't have the mental energy to do it safely.
