Day 1, monitoring what I eat. This was intended to shame me into not eating copious amounts of cakes, biscuits and burgers; however, I had braces fitted on my upper and lower teeth which have inadvertently stopped me from snacking!!!
126.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
