I have decided to give up refined sugar till Diwali i.e. Oct 17th!. I guess I hate the fact that sugar has so much control over me.
It is said that it takes 3 weeks to form a habit. So, I am hoping it will be a piece of cake after Day 21

Day 1: Feel pretty good uptil now. No sugar cravings. Will go and make some coffee.
