Well it's been slow going but I have said all along it is going to take me major life style changes. I have been in pain all day with my back. I SO wanted to bake a big batch of chocolate chip cookies and eat the WHOLE batch but I have overcome the urge. I have made me a pot of coffee instead. I need to go to the grocery store and buy some legal snacks and nuts. I am out of lettuce also. I ate a SB frozen dinner tonight. I have missed place my SB book..... I need to find it... it is my inspiration to keep going. I must admit this last two week have been hard. My husband and I fast every Monday for spiritual reasons. I did not last the entire day.. I was so drained I had to eat a cheese stick and a small piece of luncheon ham. I believe I have been an emotional eater, before this last two weeks I could not admit that to myself. I always thought I just liked food...alot! Looking at my weigh in graph is depressing because I did not start my weigh in until I had already lost 13 lbs. I feel SO much better 25 lbs lighter! I am noticeable lighter on my feet and much quicker to move around.
Every time I think of clogged arteries it help me stay on track!

Hang in there. We all go through this. But you are definetely doing the right things in attacking your cravings from a different angle. I am a serious emotional eater. Whenever I have a bad day, or anything is unusual, I could swim in a vat of chocolate and eat my way out. LOL I try to change my focus by distracting mysself with something else. Once you really learn that this works, it becomes easier. And I know how it feel to look at your graph. I also didn't start charting right away so my weight loss on here looks discouraging. So I remind myself everytime I see it that its just a fraction of what I've really lost. It helps!! Hang in there.
