Ouch, but I expected it. No worrying over an amount this small. I know I stayed within my limit and I also know I had a lot more activity than I had in the past couple of weeks. I cleaned from Friday to Sunday to the point of hurting. LOL. So, with that being said, I'll take it. LOL. I know it will go in the opposite direction by the end of the week.
202.7 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 82.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Good attitude! Just keep on climbing. The direction of the scale will change in no time.

Yes is always a bit easier to accept when we expect and embrace "where we are" so we can use that truth as a springboard to MORE progress!!! Have a GREAT week... You are going to be just fine!!!
