Think I did pretty good on dieting this week. Was a little hard because my parents wanted to go to a buffet twice this week. Seems I still did pretty good. Planning on in the next to weeks when I start back to school to kick up my exercising a bit.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 August 2009:
860 kcal Fat: 18.01g | Prot: 40.08g | Carb: 136.64g.   Breakfast: Special K Bar Chocolatey Drizzle, great value milk 2%. Lunch: sugar free popsicle, apple, borden's singles, whitewheat bread, fat free oscar meyer ham smoked. Dinner: sun chips cheddar, 98% Fat Free Hot Dogs. Snacks/Other: Soda Pop Dr. Pepper frozen. more...

Well, you seem to be below your target weight so, I'm assuming you are doing strength training. Keep it up RockStar!
