Damn! I did everything I could yesterday and I saw a +.6 on the scale this morning! The only reasons I can come up with are:

1.) #2 ;)
2.) Water retention
3.) Muscle gain/ swelling.

I'm not gonna fret about it. I'm sure that this will wear off and I'll be back on the way down soon. I'm super sore and super sleepy today! I know I did EVERYTHING right yesterday. I did my absolute best, and that's what matters. Just need to work on this "patience" thing!

It will happen! .6 isnt much that would totally just be water and if you worked out hard you probaly have muscles retaining water to heal!
