Damn! I did everything I could yesterday and I saw a +.6 on the scale this morning! The only reasons I can come up with are:
1.) #2 ;) 2.) Water retention 3.) Muscle gain/ swelling.
I'm not gonna fret about it. I'm sure that this will wear off and I'll be back on the way down soon. I'm super sore and super sleepy today! I know I did EVERYTHING right yesterday. I did my absolute best, and that's what matters. Just need to work on this "patience" thing!
