Had to guess at today's dinner as far as calories. My sister bought a pound of large steamed shrimp and didn't want them. I have no idea how many I ate, but it felt like a lot. Had a totally exhausting weekend tearing apart my house. Tore apart the kitchen, family room and bathroom--washing every single thing I saw, tossing things and just cleaning/scrubbing. I hurt--LOL. Really---it hurts to move. LOL. Not a bad hurt--a muscle hurt like--you laze so and so you deserve this. LOL. Now I have the three bedroom to tear apart, the garage and my little back room. I told my sister I'd help her! with her house, too. I don't know what I would have done without her. It's beautiful in here!

Shrimp are actually extremely low fat. They're great protein. You're likely fine. Now, if you fried them in butter....

Sounds like a productive weekend .... If you are going to eat a little extra .... shrimp is not a bad choice.

don't you have a food scale that you use to measure your food? If you know the way, preferably in grams, which is what I use myself, fatsecret will translate that into a fairly accurate estimation of caloric load. Hope that helps.
