Boooo! Went out last night, drank lots of water.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thats odd, drinking lots of water can actually help loose weight. Unless it was fermented water ;)

You don't strike me as the sort of person that needs creatine! But yes that can make you retain water in your muscles (which supposedly helps you train harder)
