New Goal: Nothing over 1400 calories

I agree with CR that is kind of low. How did you come up with that goal?

I eat around that amount but is is the QUALITY of what you eat as well as the calories. Try for a good mix of healthy fats and protein to fuel yourself, It amazes me how much energy I get from fats like olive oil, avocado, nuts, etc.
