Stomach flu has wiped out last week of working out and such. Makes me sad. :( Now my fitness planner's nice pretty streak is all messed up. I suppose I can just get right back on the horse and try again lol. I am not giving up that is for sure. I have come so far so I can't just give up. My mindset has improved greatly and I can't help but feel super positive so I am not going to let anything get me down. Sorry this is short but I really don't have much to add lol!
