I've lost 20 lbs so far

Used to be a lean athlete, after injury's and a desk job i really plumped up.

I haven't lost much this week, but i've noticed changes in the mirror. My pants went from being to tight, to just right, to now too big as I'v moved my belt notches two to the slim side. Muscles are starting to show, and leaning up quite a bit.

Am able to run again without pain. I believe that the (very heavy) weighted calf raises, and the Free Weight dead lifts have helped

I am constantly getting "wow are you loosing weight" comments. As much as I should like these comments I feel embarrassed to have gained the weight in the first place. I want to hide every picture of my chubbiness. Anyone else ever embarrassed that you used to be fatter, and people now notice that your not?
