This has been a bad week for cravings. I haven't had cravings like these since the week I started. It's taking a LOT of will power to NOT indulge. Lat night my partner had a bowl of cinnabon crunch cereal before bed and OMG it looked so freakin good. I wanted a bite so bad. I didn't have one though. It was like almost physically hard to not have one. That is just so freakin wrong. I have NO idea what is going on. I just had my TOM so it's not that. It's been going on all week. Maybe because I had a frosty this past weekend and my body is like....SUGAR!!! and it wants more? I hope this passes soon. Losing a LB helped so maybe I will be ok today. I'm afraid to go into the kitchen, I don't want the crazy sugar monster inside of me to come roaring out. I have also been really hungry this week. I make sure i eat every 2 hours but even that isn't helping. yuck. I don't like this AT ALL.

Did you eat a lot of sugar and carby food over the weekend? (I know I read the journals but I don't remember lol) I find if I have a weekened of intense carby goodness my body does that, give it time to get back on track and do the best you can. And remember this reaction the next time you have a super food filled weekend because the cravings after are terrible.

OMG I swear its like a sugar epidemic! I've been seeing so many similar posts! Stay strong and hang in there...I know how you're feeling. Won't lie, I failed at resisting a diet root beer and 3muskateers bar yesterday lol no bueno Have a great day hun!!

Pixi is right, and works the smae for artificial sweetners too. Also, if you are in a steep caloric deficit by working out alot and not eating enough cravings can kick in hard. Sometimes our bodies are trying to tell us to refuel. May be a good to check your "in vs. out"? Hope your levels normalize soon!!
