Woke at 201.0; ended at 197.2. Targeted 1500 calories today as I alternate 1500 and 1000 calories per day for the rest of the month (until 4/30, my first day of spring vacation). Came home after work at 200.6, so good things were in store for the post-workout weigh in. Did a 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill session and got back into the 190s.

LOL what a dedication 190s right there. Make me worry of taking a week of for vacation and all the handwork it requires to come back in track.
