I find if I drink to many fluids before bed I weigh heavier in the morning. Any one else ?
179.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water retention is more driven by sodium than by the amount of fluids that you drink.

For me drinking a lot of water in the evening has a couple results. One, I'm up to the bathroom several times during the night. Two, it flushes my system and actually help shed weight so that I'm 2 or 3 pounds lighter compared to when I went to bed.

I too find it flushes more water retained weight away by drinking more water.
