Sherota's Journal, 22 April 2015

First journal entry in a while. In my first 6 weeks I'm down 11.6lbs. Pretty happy about that. It's progress. Now begins my 3 week intervals. My biggest challenge changing the good food bad food all or nothing way of thinking. This has really helped with the guilt when I do not do things perfectly.
