Why is it, that a person who is doing very well with a new food plan, has added moderate exercise to her daily routine, spends a lot of time working on menu's to help achieve optimum weight loss, makes BIG changes to her life style to obtain a better and happier way of life, Why or why would she feel she had to sneak a piece of toast (on white bread, lots of dripping butter) in the middle of the night. ARGH!!! Why, Why, Why? It didn't even taste that great. By the second bite, I knew I should have just thrown it away, but NO I ate every crumb. I thought I'd feel better, but I didn't. Then I went back to bed. WHY?
Note to self...don't bother next time!
