Just finished my two 12 hr. shifts and Im not motivated to do exercise at all.
Ive stay well to my low carb plan but really need to get more motivated with this toning and put some energy into exercising daily.
Im going to begin tomorrow because Im off the next 3 days and find my motivation to stick to a daily exercise plan and stop making excuses that Im exhausted lol.
I hope everyone had a great Tuesday and found that they were more motivated with their exercise than I was:)

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 April 2015:
699 kcal Fat: 44.30g | Prot: 55.90g | Carb: 15.96g.   Breakfast: Sweeteners (Saccharin), Coffee, Half and Half Cream, Scrambled Egg. Lunch: Blue Grass Quality Meats Mettwurst, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned). Dinner: Five Guys Onions, Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Kraft American Cheese Slice, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Snacks/Other: Rotisserie Chicken, Kraft American Cheese Slice, Celery. more...

Well HCB I didn't do that much of it this weekend while I was off and that maybe why the old quilt bug has got me I do believe lol...I am tomorrow though...Im off...have a great evening..thank you for your support:)

As HCB says workout on your days off or just do a very small amount. I hope we can motivate you like you have motivated me with your comments.

New morning and a new challenge coming soon to a post near you lol. Thank you jontyboy and I need to get after myself jonty and commit to this exercise and for me it has to be daily... so it can become a habit or with my a.d.d it becomes wayside...What great news angie on your post.. congrats sweetie YAY!
