cparker's Journal, 21 April 2015

So I'm still nursing my broken toe (first broken bone ever mind you), but I could not help it; today I went ahead and did some cardio. My toe hurt all the way throughout the exercise, but I went on and did it anyway. The question is, when, if ever, do I need to just wait to do anything other than yoga and/or weight lifting until my toe heals? It's my pinkie toe so it's not a biggie, but at the same time I don't want to push my luck.

I hurt my foot in my MMA training. On my off days I did cardio on a stationary bike. This helped because I didn't have to put much pressure on the top of my foot. I can imagine this would work well with a broken toe ?
