Went back to the gym today. worked out for about 45 min…not strenuous exercise, but a little of the strength training machines and then 15 on the treadmill…felt good to to try to overdo it.

Hope I will work up the energy to go back again this week!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
