It was a really tough for me last week as we had too many parties and picnics... so hard to control eating high calories food. I gained 2lbs for the past week. I have to be back on track with my weight.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
