I've been trying to incorporate walking to the office into my daily routine. It takes about 40 minutes of brisk walking, and some weeks are better than others.
This morning I finally went for my first run this year. It was more like a 30 minute, walk/half-run, but definitely more blood pumping. Yay! It was fun and not as time consuming as i thought it would be. I've updated my music playlist in anticipation of my next run. My goal is to run 5km at least 3 times a week :)
