kinda taking it easy today, after the mile walk on the beach yesterday my back is hurting.. i did do some housework and went to the grocery store, that about sums up my exercise for today... i have stuck to my plan and recorded all my food so far.... just feeling blah today.. i do have to say that since i have started this, over all im feeling better, getting out more and the depression seems to be less... :)

Walking makes a lot of sense and on a beach, so much better. I used to love to walk miles along the beach when I lived on the coast. Depression hits all of us at times...today I am in a funk but I know that tomorrow I will feel better. When you need an ear or "reader", write me a PM and I will be glad to try to help. You are taking the right steps for making your life healthier and better all around.

Great job. You know when to listen to your body. You don't want to hurt yourself. The big thing to watch if you are not exercising, is your calories. You sound like you're doing great and I sure hope your back feels better soon. I need to start up my exercise. I keep telling myself I will when I get to my first goal!
