Haven't been on here in 41 days!!! but I have been keeping up on my workouts and my eating. I do slip up now and then but not too bad. I'm going to start charting everything on here again. Good to be back!!!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
