Last week was a rough one. Sick child. Rained all week. Also my anniversary weekend. Back to counting calories. Was doing good with portion control for awhile but back to nibbling. So calorie counting I am back. Hope everyone has a great week.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
