darn!!!! i have to bloody admit it... I AM FALLING OFF THE BLOODY WAGON!!! Cheat day has turnt into an almost everyday -or should i say night- meal... i am bloody desperate... PLEASE HELP

Try to pre-plan your meals. Then you can work a treat in. Then stick to the plan. Drink lots of water. I chug down a bottle when I get the munchies. Not appetizing when your belly is full of water.

the problem, the BASIC problem is, that i am going out 4-5 nights/week, so i either end downing many appetizers or i bulk up on wine or even harder liquid, OR I DO BOTH... ARGGGGH... WHAT TO DO
