So far I am down 1.5 lbs since starting my challenge. Not too bad.. not fabulous but not too bad. That's 1.5 lb loss in 1 week. Now I just have to keep it up and I will be 180 before I know it. This week I'm really going to push it. I'm going to workout for at least 30 minutes on the elliptical every night. I'm sticking to my 1600-1800 calorie range with no processed candies and cookies.. and um.. delicious goodness. I want 180 darn it! I want to see 185 when I weigh in next week. I want a butt that fits into size 16s without the use of pliers.. and grease.. and possibly a crowbar. I'm doing this!

Sure.. the english muffin part of my breakfast wasn't exactly planned but I got this kick in the pants after that. I think it came as I was eating the muffin. Thinking.. I shouldn't be eating this. If I want my butt to shrink I can't keep eating this crap. Now I'm hungry and I'm blaming the muffin. Dumb muffin. No more dumb muffin. My butt is going to shrink. I don't want a muffin butt. I want a cute little perky butt. Today I'm going to go get salad makings for lunch to help make that cute little perky butt. Before I know it I will be down to 150 and I will molest my own butt.

I will make progress 1 day at a time. Before I know it 30 days will have passed and I will be below 180 on my way to a cute perky butt. HA! I just figured out why people count!

That loss is great! I have no clue what I've gained from being sick, but I'm sure it's not pretty. You are a strong woman to give up all those processed goodies, but you will have that cute perky butt in no time if you stick with it. Good luck!!

I'm going to try to weigh in tomorrow. My schedule has been wacko and I don't weigh in until right before lunch. I want to see 180. I'm already in 16s but I weigh 210. Stupid viking/german bone structure.

LOL LOL LOL--I am not even trying new sizes on. I'm staying in my extra large scrubs and seeing some bagginess. LOL. I want my "size" to be a total surprise. Dang it, I say that, but now I'm wondering! LOL.

Great job on the loss! One English muffin won't kill you. I routinely factor in a bread with my morning meal when I am in the mood. So long as I account for it, and don't go too crazy overboard on carbs the rest of the day I figure I'm fine. I have no idea where I am at size-wise, and am okay with that since I have been pulling pants out of the "These are too small but I refuse to get rid of them." bag, and several fit. (Several won't go up my thighs, but they will soon!) All in good time.
