Solid day…Feeling stronger. REALLY HAVE KICKED THE FOOD ADDICTION. Almost feels like I cannot walk into Grocery Store and see the absolute junk that people are putting into their bodies…. The media has us conditioned that to eat this junk is NORMAL. Pop, Diet Pop, Pasteurized Juices, Fast Foods, Beer, Pies , Cake….and on and on and on.

The CRON education has been awesome. I cannot look at any food without a simple thought passing my mind. If I eat this how does it FEED my body. Bagels, Breads, Pastas, Ice Cream, Pop….I would sooner have a cigarette (non smoker here) then foods like this.

Exercise was great yesterday…56 minutes of hard stair master…. 1 Mile run….. and tough weights.


Over all onwards and upwards!!

PS: weight slowly coming down….7 Pounds from being at my right BMI!!! Hoo Haaaaaa
176.1 lb Lost so far: 16.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.9 lb a week
