Not too bad :-)
I didn't use any cleansing tea as its recommended to use it every few days. So I'm sure my body is holding extra stuff.
PMS is starting so that will also make an impact on my weight.
119.3 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
