After a long July 4th weekend, I didn't do too bad, gained about 1 1/2lbs. Considering the food and drink consumed it could have been worse. Glad to be back on track. Work is going to be busy this week, and some long hours ahead.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
