Washed and hung out clothes so got some D's along with a little exercise but a good kick ass walk and workout is planned for tomorrow.

I first thank God for my many blessings, then I journal as evidenced by some of my whiney entries, then I go for a long walk, and if none of that works....I just climb in my pity pool and take a couple of laps knowing that tomorrow will be better:)

I think of the ill people I take care of...and how they would love to be in my shoes.. to be able to get up and move about, or to eat and enjoy it, or to feel healthy etc. and then I say to myself Cindy and yes I have conversations with myself....stop feeling sorry for yourself and find the ultimate good in this day... its not easy but it does work for me Nicholax...I hope if this pertains to how your feeling that you feel better...you been through tons lately...try and just do something for you girl if you can....you deserve it....hugs to you sweetie:)

I go walking, and walking, and walking lol. Even after I'm dragging my butt home after over 11 miles (and it's another 1.2 miles home) I feel good. Of course every muscle in my body was screaming mercy at me today when I repeated my 7 1.3-mile laps from yesterday, but I felt accomplished. I'll either have the tightest butt and legs eventually or die from exhaustion lol.

I set with my fur babies ,they always make me feel loved and wanted. Or I cook all my low carb meals for the week.

LOL NIC, l'm very glad you "rescued" your post before I led us on a LONG detour...Hope you got a good laugh. I did ...And listening to music while walking almost always makes me feel better....and ditto InstantCrazy...Post honestly and be affirmed. !!!!
