Just noticed my calorie count is a little off. It should be less. When I've been entering my wine for my snack and dinner, I didn't realize I was putting in a bigger serving. No biggies. I'm not going back to recalculate everything because I haven't done too bad with calories. In one way, I should probably keep it that way--LOL--it would put me close and I would stop. LOL.

Nice to be able to readjust. I should follow your lead and keep better track. It can be beneficial to go back in time to see what we were eating when we were (and were not) losing weight. Jilzee - hope you have a very enjoyable weekend.

Thank you. I hope you have a great weekend, too :) It's beautiful here. My plan is to clean this house, do wash and take my daughter out to buy a couple of tennis outfits. I told her I can only buy one or two outfits at a time--LOL. This child has expensive taste. I would be wearing Kmart shorts, if it were me. LOL. She has to go to the Sport's shops. She's already picked out a second pair of tennis shoes.

One of the nice features of this site is the diary. Being able to look at progress and see where even the slightest of changes have occurred is all we need sometimes to get us back on track. I always loved to spoil my daughter while she was growing up...when they leave the nest they learn quickly how much they were spoiled and LOVED. Enjoy your day together.

Glen--it's a bit tough on here because of the way they do the measurements. I had 10 pretzels instead of 19 once and noticed I had to put 1/2 or .50 because the serving was already in at 19. If I put 10 that would be 10 x 19. I noticed I did this with the amount of my wine a couple of times. I know it's not "exact" on here, but I try to be as honest and close as I can. I record everything--LOL. I am die hard serious about losing and this is the only way I know how!

Gwen--I love this site. It really helps me. I am so excited about going out with my daughter! I just have to figure where to go for dinner. I am going to try to look up a few menu's on line for restaurant's in the area.
