ate way too much over the weekend..between our personal 4th dinner, drinking, and my parents and parents in law AND my sister's bday, i gained 3 pounds. feel like a total failure...
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Just get right back on track, don't do the negative self-talk. You can lose it again! You haven't been off course too long, just get back on the wagon and everything will even out. I have been there many times! trust me, if you get right back on it, it will not be as bad as you think. Good luck!

it's just so disappointing! all that hard work to get it off, and it jumps right back over a weekend :( but you're right! and i WILL lose it again; "two steps forward, one step backward still means progress" :) thanks IntuitiveMe!!
