It's not hard to see that wine is adding to my costs and snacks are adding to the calories, although I haven't exceeded my budget yet I'll have to increase the exercise to lose weight.
I haven't added coffee in yet, so I've weighed out the grounds used to make a pot, and it comes to 1.3 oz. We buy our coffee for $3.50/lb so it's .28/pot. I drink about 1/3 and don't use cream or sugar so I'll add .10/day for coffee.
