I feel low on self control and high on pessimism. Studying is driving me crazy, I've developed a few nervous habits (I ruined my nails and I'm tugging on my hair quite a lot), one of which seems to be a renewed addiction to sugar. I feel too chunky and awkward-looking to do any more running too... I am refusing to go anywhere near the scales, for my own sake, but a few days ago it was 139...
