Its working I'm down two pounds closer to 170 I will be under 170 I'm sure by next week. This is good news I love seeing that green arrow. I just myst stay determined I can do this. It is good to have steady slow progress I wish for this to continue I did not put all this weight on in two weeks so it will take time to get it off. God is good!!!
