So a bit of a negative dip upwards. I messed up the macros the last few days I think my proteins again have been a bit too high since I'm feeling a bit...blocked? So not too worried.
119.3 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
