Day 4. Well it didn't take long to get off track. Forgot about a lunch date with an old co-worker. I suppose it could have been alot worse. After taking my will power and leaving it at the office...we went for lunch. I did study the menu and try and find the lesser of all evils. I think I did "alright" (just alright...) Settled on a Mediteranian Calamari salad. Lots of mixed greens,abit of feta, a balsamic vinegarette dressing topped with Calamari. Not sure how close I've come in recording accuratley the calories and such but what's done is done. Just need to move on. Thursday is another "planned" lunch day at a pasta restaurant. We always order take out so I've made it very clear that I'm NOT in but will bring my lunch and definatly eat with them. I know I can do this. I have to. Disneyland in 48 more sleeps:) Stay strong!
