Maybe this time? Lots of, for me, vegetarian refried beans, canned salmon or some sort of protein every 4 hours, oatmeal, oatmeal and a goal of 3 Marich Milk Chocolate Covered Cherries as a reward for every five pounds. So I finally got three this morning. Now to leave them in cold storage until the next five is gone. For some reason the whole thing makes a bit more sense lately. I'm not biting my nails, or pulling my eyelashes. The lexapro is down to almost nothing. Maybe all these factors are finally working together.
