It took me so long to get back to this weight...2 months to be exact. I am so close to goal...I'm really excited.

It's more than the weight loss though. It's the energy and health benefits that come with this way of eating.

I discovered I'm not a bad cook and I can make really interesting and yummy food. All my family are now following a healthier way of eating and I'm really happy I made this change at my age and not in my 60s.
125.2 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well that did not last long :-(. I gained 2+ kilo and changed my target weight to 58 hoping I can maintain. Was on vacation, did not eat anything not on plan but overdosed on NUTS. Swam everyday but it still did not help. Came home went out with my parents for a dinner. Both my Mum and hubby were good with the low carbing. Me? I tasted from everyone's dessert (and lets just say it was not melon or berries)...was up another 1/2 kilo by Friday. Back down to only 1/2 a kilo over target weight.
