Greetings Buddies:

Day two of business trip is going well with food and water. I can see how my pre-planning is really beneficial to promoting success.

We get a long break mid-day so I got all dressed in my workout clothes...BUT the stupid gym still is not open! The hotel people keep saying it will be ready "in the morning, later today, of course by tomorrow" .... Blah blah blah

At least I tried...maybe tonight or tomorrow it will really open!

If the weather is nice enough can you just go for a walk? Depending on where you are of course?

Keep up the great work. Do 50 jumping jacks, kicks, run in place - anything....you can do this!!

how about turn on some music and dance around the room? anything that will keep you moving helps - calisthenics in front of the TV or during commercials, run around outside... i love your words of the week, i'll have to remember that!!

If it's not open tomorrow, see if they will comp you a day pass at a local gym.

Thanks Buddies, I know I could do alternatives and likely will tomorrow! I am just irritated because the front desk folks are not direct or honest. There are 125 people at this training and there are quite of few people irritated because we all paid high price for the "amenities"

That is so great that your planning is working! Now if they would just get the gym open. Is there a place that you can walk at least?

Maybe it's time to contact the manager and post honest reviews about the hotel.
