I'm making awesome progress! I was out late, went to 2 restaurants and still did very well. When I got back at 12am, I still did my Jillian DVD (with Heavier weights than usual!) and 30 mins on my bike. Woo hoo! Going for another early swim today!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
