GRRRR why did i not lose anything this week?!?!?!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It happens sometimes. Recheck your food diary. Did you eat a lot of processed foods (lot's of sodium)? Did you get in your water, dairy etc? Are you getting in some cardio (cardio burns calories which helps with weight loss)? Did you have a higher point day before your weigh-in? Even eating too much sodium before weigh-in can add temporary pounds. Just keep going, you are doing great!
